Electric heating film glass
Product Introduction:
The microcrystalline electrothermal film is made from inorganic ceramic, glass, negative ion powder, carbon powder, and other eco-friendly materials. It operates without open flame or oxidation. The material is environmentally friendly—no odor, noise, or harmful gas emissions during production or use. It features excellent waterproof performance, uniform heating, high impact resistance, and strong anti-aging properties.
Advantages:
1. Far-Infrared Radiation for Health Benefits
The heating element is composed of carbon and inorganic materials rich in far-infrared radiation, which is beneficial to human health. The primary wavelength range of the emitted far-infrared rays is 8–15 microns, known in the medical field as the “light of health” and “light of life.”
2. Multi-Temperature Zone Design
Utilizing a “surface-type” heating method, the film provides full-area heating with low power density and low surface temperature. It supports the design of high/low-temperature zones or multiple temperature zones, with a temperature difference of up to 50°C.
3. Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance
When the glass heating panel operates at 1.15 times the rated input power until a stable state is reached, pouring 1 liter of water (15°C ±5°C) through a 5mm diameter tube at approximately 10mL/s directly onto the center of the panel will not cause cracking or breakage.
Alternatively, heating the microcrystalline glass substrate to 250–300°C and then pouring 5°C cold water directly onto the center of the panel three times will not result in cracking.
4. High Safety Standards
The heater features a negative temperature coefficient (NTC), eliminating safety hazards caused by inrush current. For added safety, a high-temperature-resistant, electrically insulating mica sheet is applied to the back surface (inorganic non-metallic far-infrared graphite resistive film). The product is also equipped with reliable thermal fuses and temperature protection devices to prevent hazards caused by abnormal operation.
5. Mounting and Support Requirements
The heater can be mounted using wooden frames, plastic brackets, or various metal supports. However, sufficient expansion gaps, upper and lower airflow channels for heat dissipation, and necessary shock absorption and anti-vibration measures must be provided to prevent damage from mechanical impact during use or transport.
